SG Akademi Sarawak’s Trainees Serve High Tea.
The skills of SG Akademi Sarawak’s trainees were put to test recently when creating high tea function at our ballroom. Trainees organised, prepared & served a delicious range of high tea menus to discernable diners.
Patrons were treated with Malaysian’s dishes such as Penang Laksa, Cendol, Kolo Mee, Chicken Fried Rice, Fried Vermicelli, Fruit Rojak, Laici Jelly, Spicy Szechuan Noodles, Chicken Wonton Soup, Umai Salad etc.
